Pictures of carnage in Jos

The story of the carange in Jos is yet to be fully told. But the suffering of people is real.Some displaced persons following the macabre display of madness during the Friday, November 28, 2008 crisis arising from the local government elections in Plateau State have been speaking on their experiences. The crisis claimed hundreds of thousands of lives cutting across ethnic and religious divides while property worth billions of Naira were destroyed.
At the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Regional Academy in Rikkos, which is one of the refugee camps, Madam Bose Osohome, said she is a Yoruba woman.

According to her, I am lucky to be alive now. My husband and our only child are still missing. I dont know whether they are dead or are still alive. It was the army that helped me and brought me to this NDLEA compound. I have never entered here although I live in this Rikkos.
